REFUND POLICY

No transfer or deferrals under ANY circumstances*

80% refund available till December 31, 2026

50% refund available till January 31, 2027

NO refunds after January 31, 2027. NO EXCEPTIONS

WE STRONGLY ENCOURAGE YOU TO PURCHASE THE INSURANCE THAT IS OFFERED ON BIKEREG. This should cover about 95% of the emails we get before the race asking for a refund (I.E., injuries, medical issues, etc. Make sure to read through their information on what is covered under this insurance opportunity. PSR has no control over the insurance claims/refunds.). We have had many racers that have used this over the years and were glad they spent a little extra money to protect them. Insurance refunds will cover 100% of your registration price.
*If race is sold out and we have racers on a waitlist, we may consider a deferral.
